The freedom to move is at your fingertips with four different exercise formats to suit your needs: Cardio (high & low impact), Strength, Sculpt, & Mobility. 

Exercise Formats

Regarding Self provides four exercise formats to cater the needs of our community for different movement options through bodyweight exercises. Here’s a breakdown of our fitness formats:

  • Cardio – If you enjoy HIIT & Plyometric (explosive movements), Cardio is your jam. The programming assists you in increasing stamina and endurance, as well as challenges your anaerobic capacity (pushing you outside of your comfort zone). Lower impact options are always provided so all levels of fitness can experience the class.

  • Strength – If you’re into high energy and low impact, Strength is for you. The programming challenges your aerobic capacity (increasing your heart rate) while working up a sweat and giving your joints a little more TLC. All levels can experience this class.

  • Sculpt – If your love language is Barré, Yoga, or Pilates, Sculpt is the way to go. The programming assists you in creating an unquenchable heat in your major, minor, and auxiliary muscles to mold a stronger, healthier you. All levels can experience this class.

  • Mobility – The word ‘mobility’ means the ability to move a limb through its full range of motion. Mobility is a controlled voluntary movement through its entire functional range of motion. This format is great to experience before or after a workout, as well as by itself to improve the mobility in all or a single joint to reduce imbalances, decrease injuries, allow for full benefits of exercise by moving limbs through their respective full range of motion, and help you move better in daily activities. All levels can experience this class.
